I look in the mirror
With bloodshot eyes
To me, it's not a surprise.

Intertwine, intertwine
The touch and ache I feel with my spine
Watch the interline,
Oh the pain, it's so divine
I wonder what caused my decline.

Spacious skies,
I watch with eyes;
I realize everything will turn jade
And watch! It will slowly fade;
Oh but darling, it's all just a masquerade.
